We spent a rainy morning at the Great Wall of CHINA!!! We even found some mellow spots away from the crowds... The Great Wall, much to our surprise, is a lot like the Grand Canyon... Overwhelmingly AWESOME!

WOW!!! You guys look marvelous on the Great Wall of China. Can you believe it!!!!! Too cool! We stayed up last night and watched the US take the beach volleyball Gold. It looked like its raining cats and dogs there. Well don't worry, if you were here you would be getting wet too! Five days ago Portland had consecutive days of record breaking highs....today lows. We keep looking for you guys in the crowds; do you have little USA flags to wave?=) Have you seen any Good Morning America folks there? We watch them every morning and have learned alot about Chine. Today they were featuring the ceremony of proper tea making and showed off their Chinese jewelry and custom made silk dresses and suits. They say it only takes 3 days and 1 fitting for a handmade garment. All featured items were around $100. Hey, we must be on at the same time; as I was visiting your site, I popped over to email and when I came back, more pics were downloading. oooohhh!! Better go so you can read this.
